Terms of service

1. The service
Spudnik helps you capture people, notes and media at events and prepare follow-ups. Some features use AI, which can make mistakes. Review drafts and AI-suggested details before you rely on or send them. Spudnik never sends emails or posts on your behalf.
2. Your account
You're responsible for your account and for activity under it. Keep your sign-in secure.
3. Your content and the people you meet
You own your content. You give us permission to process it only to provide Spudnik to you. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use other people's contact details, for respecting their marketing preferences, and for complying with laws that apply to you, including recording and privacy laws. Don't record conversations without the consent the law requires.
4. Free trial, subscription and cancellation
New accounts get a 30-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, Spudnik costs $4.99 per month unless it's included with your Tater AI plan. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the app (Settings → Plan → Manage billing), and access continues until the end of the paid period. If you don't subscribe after the trial, your data stays available to view, export and delete.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Spudnik: no unlawful, harassing or spam activity, no attempts to access other users' data, and no reverse engineering or overloading the service.
6. Third-party services
When you connect a mailbox, CRM or LinkedIn, their terms also apply. We're not responsible for those services.
7. Changes and availability
We may update Spudnik and these terms. We'll notify you of material changes. Spudnik is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
